Mes intérêts de recherche se situent dans les domaines du droit et des politiques relatives à la protection de l'environnement, de l'alimentation et de l'agriculture. Les recherches portent sur la sécurité alimentaire, la technologie agricole, l’intensification durable, l’agriculture durable, le développement rural (y compris l’utilisation des terres), le commerce international et étudient les préférences des citoyens, la participation du public, la gouvernance (alimentation à plusieurs niveaux), l’étiquetage et l’éthique et le bien-être des animaux. Je recherce aussi les conséquences du Brexit et les questions inter-gouvernmentales (dévolution).
